Our Connect Programs provide teenagers the opportunity to explore social interactions in safe, drug and alcohol free spaces so they can make new friends, develop leadership skills, have fun and build community with each other.

Teen Advisory Board
We are seeking motivated teenagers in Jefferson County interested in making a difference in their community.
By joining this Teen Advisory Board you will have the opportunity to assist us in creating and planning fun, safe, drug and alcohol free events for teenagers; volunteer at fundraising events; be a liaison between Atlas and other teens; and help us understand the needs of teenagers in Jefferson County.

Community Events
Teen Events are an opportunity for teens to gather, socialize and have fun in a safe, drug and alcohol free, environment. It's a chance to just be a kid. Teen Events may include Teen Only Truck or Treat or other activities in the community.

Teen Nights
Teen Nights are an opportunity for teens to gather, socialize and have fun in a safe, substance- free, environment. It's a chance to just be a kid. These occur at our office in Arnold. Teen Nights may include movie night, art night, or game night. These also include our Pop up clubs that occur throughout the year.
POP UP CLUBS
August 6th - Donuts and Ice Cream Social - Come hang out with other teens and enjoy donuts and an ice cream bar with plenty of toppings.
August 13th - Paint Along Night - Every teen will get their own canvas as we follow along with an instructional video to learn how to paint a picture.
August 20th - Movie Night - We'll have popcorn for everyone to come relax and enjoy a movie with good people. (Movie to be determined)
August 27th - Trivia Night - Gather your friends, and make a team of no more than 4, to play trivia with questions written by members of our Teen Advisory Board.

Park Day
Friday, July 24th, 2026 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Atlas Youth Outreach and the Atlas Teen advisory board will be hosting a Day at Ferd B. Lang Park.
This teen only event (for ages 11-18) is a great way to connect with peers, strengthen friendships, and maybe make some new friends. There is no admission charge for this event.
Hot dogs and burgers will be provided along with some outdoor activities and water balloons! -
Movie Day to see Spider Man- Brand New Day
On August 9th, 2026 at Marcus Arnold Cinema at 2pm.
Join Atlas at the Arnold Movie theater for a private viewing of Spider-Man: A Brand New Day.
Teens ages 11-18 are FREE and will get movie admission with a 46oz Box of popcorn and 14oz Fountain Beverage.
Parents and other family are welcome. Parent/Family Tickets are $10. As an optional add-on parents and family members may add $5 for 46 oz box of popcorn and 14oz fountain beverage.
Parents do not have to attend with their teen. However, any teen attending the movie will be expected to be respectful to other movie goers and the theater, and remain in the theater for the duration of the movie (excepting bathroom breaks or getting more concessions.) Any teen misbehaving will be asked to leave the theater and will have their parent contacted to pick them up early.
This is a drug and alcohol free event. We ask for parents' help in making sure these items do not come to the theater.

TEEN ONLY TRUNK OR TREAT
Friday, October 9th, 2026
6-9pm
Arnold City Park
Join us for a TEEN ONLY Trunk or Treat for ages 11-18. We will have trunks set up with candy, food, games, music, outdoor movie, and pumpkin painting!
Registration will open in summer!
We will also be looking for sponsors and trunks!
